​Tammy Saia joined Marcus & Millichap in 2003 and specializes in investment real estate brokerage.  Mrs. Saia represents numerous developers, institutions, small and large REIT's, syndicators, and private investors in the acquisition / disposition of their investments.  As a result of working within these disciplines, Tammy has achieved benchmark sales nationwide.  Since joining Marcus & Millichap Tammy has closed over 197 transactions in 27 states with a total value in excess of $379 million, earning her numerous Sales Recognition Awards.

Tammy sets herself apart from other brokers with her expertise in understanding both the real estate marketplace and capital markets.  She possesses in-depth experience of every aspect involved with real estate transactions for investment-grade, incoming-producing assets, whether it be a complex or routine matter.  This can be attributed to her highly proficient underwriting skills and her aptness in successfully handling even the most difficult transactions to close of escrow.  With her great access to real-time data pertaining to on market and closed properties, she performs thorough research which allows her to stay ahead of the market.  Tammy consistently demonstrates proper and efficient due diligence management in order to fulfill the needs of both buyers and sellers. Mrs. Saia has earned the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate, signifying Tammy is well-versed in her specialties.

 

Mrs. Saia was recently promoted to First Vice President of Investments with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, the nation’s largest commercial property investment firm.  She is also Director of the National Retail Group, Net Leased Properties Group and National Office and Industrial Group.  Additionally, Mrs. Saia is a member of the Special Asset Services Group.  Tammy also serves as a mentor to (multiple) agents in the Oak Brook office and serves on several boards in her community.  She studied at Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, Illinois with a pursuit of a bachelor's degree in business finance.
